The LuksFab mobile application is designed for booking salon appointments and purchasing beauty products. Users must be 18 years or older to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and use the app only for its intended purposes.

Account Registration

To use our services, you need to create an account with a valid phone number and email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

Booking Services

When you book a service through our app:

• Appointments are subject to salon availability
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the appointment
• No-shows may result in booking restrictions
• Payment terms are as specified during booking

Payments

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We accept various payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets. Refunds are subject to salon policies and our refund guidelines.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purposes
• Create multiple accounts
• Share account credentials
• Abuse promotional offers or referral programs

Service Modifications

LuksFab acts as a platform connecting users with salons. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by partner salons or any disputes arising between users and salons.

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hisar, Haryana, India.
